LA City Councilman, wife indicted on multiple counts of voter fraud...
And Hey! Guess the Party...! I mean, you pretty much have to because AP doesn't mention it. But let's just say there are more than the two indicted asses involved...
Culture of corruption? No, I mean the real "culture of corruption. Alarcon's party should hold up that mirror...oh, wait...there's no reflection.
