Poor Potluck, he's never going to get a girlfriend like that. Not to mention never getting out of the apartment. You'd think he would have learned his owner's trick (no mentioning of names here) of climbing through the window.
Did the saltpeter come with the litter, or as an added bonus? It might not be the cat's fault. Can the effect be transferred to human just by cleaning the box....Beware! Might want to chuck the whole box.
