Can someone explain to me why a cute tattoo'd redhead in a trendy arts coffee shop should get weirded out at a simple request for a bacon smoothie?

It's a very simple recipe:

Crushed ice and yogurt for a base, like any smoothie,
handful of shredded pork for body,
handful of bacon to taste
dash of BBQ sauce (optional)
