Reports are that the corruption probe into New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson, the sex-scandal plagued Democratic presidential primary candidate and former Obama cabinet nominee, has been derailed "on orders from Washington."
Well, now we know how Richardson knew he would be cleared even as he was withdrawing from Obama's Cabinet selection. Quid pro quo; it's the Chicago Way.
