I've long said that Arnold was preferrable to his Democrat challenger of the time, Phil Angelides. He certainly was at the time. But after the bitter defeat of his proposals in a Special Election, he surrendered and ran to Maria. This eleventh hour parting shot ensures that he won't "be back". Wish he'd just reregister for the sake of truth.
