It turns out Potluck, my sinister cat with an unsavory past, goes berserk over the smell of Hoppes cleaning solution, and tries to rub himself all over the revolver when I clean it. This will be a real cost-saver in shammies and paper towels.

Actually, I'm pretty fond of Hoppes, too. Makes a great aftershave.
