"This is clearly the result of the unsustainable sunlight deficit the Bush Administration permitted to fatten the wallets of Wall Street insiders," President Barack Obama said today. "This is something that calls for immediate and dramatic action."
He then promised to make good the deficit with sunlight pulled from his own ass, which will be charged off against daylight available to our children and grandchildren.
