I'm a cook, not a chef. I seldom measure, and usually don't have a recipe. Even when I do, I make adjustments for personal taste or ease of preparation or...being out of something. My cousin is the same way, but she does her magic with bread, where my 'specialty' is main dish casseroles or soups.
"Creations" would be a bit high-falutin' for me - mine is peasant food. Paco would like eating at my house, I think?
